Job Title: Business Office Manager

Job Description:
The Business Office Manager is directly involved in the maintenance of accurate and complete trust accounting records, census information, billing and resident accounts receivable statements, wages paid to employees and payroll and invoice processing for the nursing facility. The Business Office Manager is the primary individual responsible for the timely collection of accounts receivable from all payor sources.

Job Requirements:
– 1 to 5 years previous experience in long-term care business office environment.
– Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing systems.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Job Title: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Job Description
Responsible for overall operation of the home and direction of the work force. Accountable for resident care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, sound financial performance, effective business planning, and implementation of a performance improvement program. Acts as a representative in the home and in the community.

Job Requirements:
– 1 to 5 years experience in a long-term care setting Active Nursing Home Administrators License

Job Title: Director of Nursing

Job Description
Responsible for the planning. organization, direction, supervision and evaluation of all the nursing services provided in the facility. Ensures Nursing Department compliance with Federal, State and local regulations and implementation of all clinical programs. Ensures maintenance of records and reports concerning resident care. Ensures the orientation and training of Nursing Services personnel. Manages the Nursing Services Department within budget. Follows all policies and procedures

Job Requirements:
2-5 years previous management experience in a long-term care setting. Current Texas R.N. licens.
